To apply for this summer school, you should submit the following materials:

1. Please click on the link Registration Form to download the registration form, then follow the procedures:
   
   
   • Fill out the form electronically (If you need more lines for any of the items, please insert the lines at your will);
   • Save the filled out form under the name ‘Reg._<Your full name>_<Study field>_<BA/BS, MA/MS, or PhD>’ For example, ‘Reg._Igor Chichikov_Psychology_MA’ (BA/BSmeans you are currently pursuing a Bachelor degree; MA/MS means you are currently pursuing a Master degree; PhD means you are currently pursuing a PhD degree or are doing a post-doc study).
     
     
2. Your Curriculum Vitae (in Russian + English; with a recent picture of you; in PDF format; please limit the length into 2 pages).
   
   
3. A letter of Motivation (in English; in PDF format; please limit the length into 2 pages).
   In this letter, you should introduce
   
   
   • your study field;
   • your study level (are you pursuing a BA/BS, MA/MS, or PhD degree);
   • academic achievement (e.g. GPA);
   • plan after current stage of study;
   • the reasons why you are interested participating in the summer school;
   • knowledge about and expectations on advanced education in Germany.
     
     
4. Together with the Registration Form and the Letter of Motivation, you should submit electronic copies of the following materials as Additional Documents:
   
   
   • diploma (if relevant, e.g. BA/BS, MA/MS, or PhD diploma);
   • for undergraduates: transcripts of the 1st half academic year of 2010; for postgraduates: a summary of your research experiences together with a publication list if any;
   • certificates, awards, prizes and/or scholarships/rewards for any academic or non-academic activities;

 Submission Procedures: 　

1. Edit an Email with ‘Application’ as the subject
2. Attach the following documents as appendices to this Email:
   
   
   • The filled out Registration Form (with the suggested file name - see above and convert to the PDF format);
   • You  Curriculum Vitae (with a picture; in PDF format; 2 pages);
   • The Letter of Motivation (in PDF format);
   • All the relevant Additional Documents (see above for a detailed description).
     
     
3. Kind reminders:
   
   
   • Please convert all the WORD files (Registration Form, CV, Letter of Motivation) into the PDF format;
   • Please scan the additional documents (diploma, English level certificates, testimonies, etc.) and attach them as the ‘jpg’ or ‘pdf’ files.
   • Please attach all application documents as separate files. No zip files!
